It is a genre character tuned to the A-7 Corsair II attack aircraft, intended as a decorative addition to aircraft models or as a stand-alone display figure. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin kit for more experienced modelers.
The Mascot line follows on from the tradition of genre and commemorative figures associated with particular aircraft. The A-7 Corsair II was an American carrier-based and land-based attack aircraft of the Cold War with a characteristically stocky fuselage. The figure will serve to bring an aviation display cabinet to life, as a companion for a model of this type or as a collector's piece.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts and cut off the casting blocks. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. For the figure, painting with acrylics or oils works well, with careful shading of the face and highlighting. Smaller resin figures benefit from a primer base.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
