Alclad II Medium Gunship Grey is a modeling enamel paint thinned with solvent, a medium gray shade used on American military aviation equipment.
Responsibility details are not available.
An opaque paint from the Alclad II enamel range. It is thinned with solvent, so it belongs to enamel chemistry, and do not confuse it with acrylic paints thinnable with water or with nitrocellulose lacquers. The shade is a medium gray from the family of the so-called gunship grays, which were used on American military aviation equipment and represent the darker position of modern gray camouflage. The paint is liquid and is supplied in a bottle intended for modeling use.
For modelers of modern American aircraft and helicopters who need a darker medium gray as a main area or as a contrasting tone to lighter shades. It also comes into its own where a model is to be single-colored and yet not look flat; enamel agrees well with oil paints, so it suits as a base for subsequent oil accenting of the panels. Modelers used to acrylics should allow for longer drying and for the need of a separate thinner.
It contains a flammable solvent. Use it with sufficient ventilation and with protection for your airways, do not work near open flame and keep out of the reach of children.
