Tamiya Metal Primer is a primer in a spray can intended for treating metal parts before painting. Metal is smooth and paint holds badly on it - this primer creates an intermediate layer that markedly improves the adhesion of the paint that follows and keeps it from flaking off. It suits photo-etched parts, brass and white metal castings and the small metal components that are combined with plastic kits. It is a clear synthetic lacquer that stays transparent once dry and is compatible with acrylic as well as enamel paints. The can holds 100 ml.

A flammable aerosol under pressure. Use in a well-ventilated area, away from open flame and sources of ignition. Keep out of the reach of children. Spray thin coats from a distance of about 25 to 30 cm.
