A paint marker for modelers with a soft tip, the Mecha Green shade. The essential thing at the outset: it is not a wash, a filter or a pigment. It is a tool for applying paint, with which details are painted and touch-ups are done without an airbrush, a palette or thinning.
A soft tip and what it is good for
A soft tip gives under pressure and follows the shape of the surface. On small areas, edges and raised details it therefore works more sensitively than a hard tip and lays the paint more evenly. The Mecha Green shade belongs to a range meant for robot and science fiction models, where more saturated base colors are commonly used.
For builders of robot and science fiction models and for modelers who want a quick tool at hand for repairing small damage to paint. The marker does not suit large continuous areas; a brush or an airbrush remains the better choice there.
Work in a well ventilated room and close the marker after use. Try the shade and the behavior of the paint on a scrap sprue beforehand, especially if you want to paint over or varnish the layer later.
