Modular System Workshop - brush stand is a storage module from the workshop line of AMMO of Mig Jimenez. It keeps brushes clearly together and upright, so you can reach for them without searching.
Responsibility details are not available.
This part is neither a kit nor a paint but a piece of equipment for the modeling bench. It belongs to the modular workshop line of AMMO of Mig Jimenez and is intended for storing brushes clearly. The function is what decides here, as the brushes stand in one place and all of them are visible at once.
A brush is most often ruined not while painting but in between. Laid flat in a dish, the tip bends; propped against the bottom of a cup of water, it splays permanently; and in a drawer it is split apart by the other tools. Upright storage tip up is the only one that preserves the shape of the tip in the long term. The second benefit is organizational: when the brushes are side by side and visible, you reach for the right one first time and do not use a detail brush on a large area merely because it happened to be at hand.
Before you put the brushes in for the first time, let them dry properly, because a damp tip stored tip up lets water into the ferrule and unglues it. Get used to sorting brushes by use rather than by size: the ones for acrylic paints apart, the ones for oils and washes apart, and apart again those meant for glue or pigments, which no longer belong in paint. The stand itself is maintained with a dry cloth; wipe drops of paint off before they dry and do not pour solvents on it without testing.
This is workshop equipment, not a model kit. Brushes, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
