The Baund Doc with the designation NRX-055 is a fictional mobile suit from an animated series set in the world of Gundam. It belongs among the massive, untypically shaped machines with a prominent rounded body, which in the story stand apart from the slender humanoid designs. It is precisely the unusual silhouette that makes it a rewarding piece for a collection: on a shelf it cannot be mistaken for anything else.
Cut the parts off the sprues with nippers and level the remains of the gate with a scalpel or a file, so that no white marks are left on the colored surface. Do not force the movable joints. Anyone who wants to go further than plain assembly can break the model down into subassemblies, spray a primer and paint them separately; a photograph of the process then helps when putting it back together. Bring the panel lines out with a thin paneliner, which runs into the engravings by capillary action, and wipe the excess off. Finally even the surface out with a matte or semi-gloss varnish, otherwise the gloss of the plastic will betray that this is a kit.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
