Paneliner for sand and desert camouflage from AK Interactive is an enamel wash for panel lines in a 35 ml package, developed for models of aircraft in sand, light brown and multi-color desert camouflage. It is modeling chemistry, not a kit - the package contains nothing but the bottle of the product.
This is the main reason the product exists. An ordinary dark (black or dark gray) paneliner on a light desert color does not read as shadow but as dirt - it dulls the light sand toward gray and gives the whole model a cold, grubby cast. This paneliner is tuned in shade to the light sand tones: it picks the lines out reliably and gives them depth, but it does not dirty the base color or darken it toward gray.
It is very thin. Once a brush touches an engraved line, it wicks in and flows along its whole length by capillary action; the excess on the surrounding surface is then wiped away. The result is cleanly drawn panel lines, hatches and engraved detail - with no outlining by hand.
For modelers of aircraft building machines in desert and sand schemes - from North African aircraft of the Second World War to modern types. Usable in any scale and anywhere the base color is light and an ordinary dark paneliner would dull it.
Safety: an enamel product on a solvent base. A flammable liquid - keep it away from sources of ignition. Do not inhale the vapors, work in a well-ventilated space, protect your skin (gloves) and your airways. Keep out of the reach of children.
