Podstatně méně, než se na první pohled zdá. Několik nepravidelně rozmístěných bodů dodá krajině život, kdežto souvislá červená plocha oko unaví a scéna se opticky rozpadne. Osvědčuje se rozmístit je do skupinek různé velikosti.

Nanese se nejprve světlejší odstín po celé ploše nitra a doprostřed se přidá menší dávka syté červeně. Přechod se rozetře suchým štětcem. Na fotografii pořízené zblízka je rozdíl proti jednobarevnému středu okamžitě patrný.

Nikoli. Uplatní se všude, kde má vzniknout drobný barevný akcent, tedy na kytici v okně, na návěstidle nebo na jednotlivém rozkvetlém keři. Vždy jde o velmi malé dávky nanášené hrotem nástroje.

Ano, řada je vzájemně kombinovatelná. Mísí se nasucho v malé nádobce a poměr se hledá zkusmo. Do původního balení se hotová směs nevrací, aby zásoba zůstala v čistém odstínu.
