Vallejo Pure Red is a red water-based Surface Primer, not a covering paint. A self-leveling matte coat makes a firm colored ground under the coats that follow, on plastic, brass and resin.

This is a colored primer of the Surface Primer line from the maker Vallejo. It is a water-based polyurethane coating that is thinned and cleaned with water. The package has a volume of 17 ml. Note that it is not a covering modeling paint for a final shade but a ground that improves the adhesion of the coats that follow and evens the color of the surface out.
Suited to modelers who want a good colored base under the coats of paint that follow. Degrease the surface before laying it on and let the parts dry properly.
Work in a well-ventilated space. Store out of the reach of children. The shade on a screen may differ slightly from reality.
