Modeling wire of purple color, 0.3 mm in diameter, 1 meter long. Material for building cabling and lines.
Responsibility details are not available.
Thin wire of 0.3 mm diameter is the basic material everywhere a model is to be given lines that do not appear in the kit: the cabling of an engine compartment, hoses and pipes on a chassis, feeds to the instruments in a cabin or conductors inside open covers. A colored form comes in handy where it is to be clear at first sight on a model that more than one different conductor lies side by side, and where a bundle in a single color would merge together.
A one-meter length is enough even for a model with a richly fitted out engine compartment, and a reserve will be left over from it for further builds. A diameter of 0.3 mm slides well into holes drilled with ordinary modeling drills and will stay held in them even without a large amount of glue.
Divide the wire with sharp side cutters, as scissors will squeeze the end into an oval and that is then hard to slide into an eye or into a tube. Lead the bends gradually and preferably over a round object, as a sharp break is visible at first sight on a diameter this thin. Fix the ends with super glue in a small amount; on thin lines the excess runs and forms a conspicuous drop on the model. Degrease the surface before gluing.
Tools, glue and a model are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
