RUST DEPOSIT SET

AK Interactive Rust Deposit Set - a set of rust deposits

The Rust Deposit Set is a set of enamel (solvent-based) weathering deposits from AK Interactive out of the Deposits range. It contains three rust shades, light, medium and dark, which have a higher concentration of pigment and a texture, so that once dry they create the flaking, built-up look of real corrosion. By layering gradually from light to dark you build up convincing rust graded in depth. Every bottle holds 35 ml.

Use

• Start with the light shade as a base and add the medium and the dark one gradually
• Apply it with a brush straight from the bottles onto edges, exhausts, tanks and exposed places
• Blend and shape it with a clean brush dampened in mineral spirits
• Undiluted it gives dense textured deposits, thinned it gives fine blooms of corrosion

Who it is for

For modelers who want a complete range of shades for realistic rust on equipment and in dioramas in one package. Suitable for advanced and moderately advanced weatherers.
