A paste from the Splash Gel weathering line of the Spanish brand Green Stuff World. The thick consistency is the whole point of the product: once applied, the compound does not disappear into the surface but stays sitting as a droplet or a trail with a volume of its own. The Flaming Green shade is a saturated poisonous green, that is the color of slime, chemical waste, mutagen and fantasy poisons.

Dosing and correction

• Pick up a little and wipe the compound on the rim of the container first, as an overloaded brush makes only large shapeless blots.
• Assess the effect at arm's length, not from ten centimeters, because on a gaming table a model is seen from a distance.
• Pick the excess up at once with a damp brush or the tip of a cloth, while the paste is damp.
• When a trail is meant to run down, tilt the model and let the compound work by gravity instead of with a brush.

What it is suited to

On figures that work with poison, on monsters and the undead, on sewer and laboratory terrain and on bases with pools. In a more historical setting green works as algae and stagnant water on the wall of a trench or on the hull of a ship, only in that case subdue it with a dark pigment, so that it does not look like a comic book.
