Albion Alloys Square Brass Tube 6.35 mm x 305 mm

A hollow square tube of brass with an outside side dimension of 6.35 mm (1/4 in) and a length of 305 mm (12 in). It is the largest size in the metric range of square tubes, which are made to a close tolerance for the telescopic sliding (slide-fit) of the smaller sizes. The brass surface is smooth and ready for soldering, gluing and painting.

Who it is for

For modelers who need a stronger metal stock with a large square section, for example as the main member of a structure or the outer part of a telescopic joint.

Cut with a hacksaw or a tube cutter, deburr the edges and degrease before joining. Mind the ventilation when soldering.
