Stacked tools storage rack from U-STAR is a stackable organizer for modeling tools. According to the name it can be stacked in tiers and grow along with the equipment of a workshop.

Tools lying loose about a bench take longer to find than the work with them takes, and they get ruined knocking against one another in the meantime. An organizer gives them a permanent place from which a tool is taken and to which it goes back. The name says the version is stackable, so the set can be added to over time with another part instead of buying a bigger piece of furniture.
Modeling tools are mostly either sharp or delicate. A scalpel, a scriber, a small file and tweezers lose their function the moment their point touches other metal, and hunting for one particular scriber in a drawer full of tools usually ends in a cut. An upright arrangement also shows a tool whole, so you reach straight for the right one and do not have to sort through a pile.
For modelers who have more than a few tools and work at a permanently set-up bench. The stackable version makes particular sense where the equipment is being added to gradually and the footprint on the bench has to stay small.
