Polak Ballast size 0 – spilite (300 g) is a natural crushed scatter in the gray-green shade of spilite for ballasting track and rocky terrain on dioramas.

Natural crushed aggregate of spilite rock in a characteristic gray-green to gray tone. The grain size 0 is among the coarser grades of the Polak range, so the stone stays pronounced in the terrain. The package holds 300 g of loose material. It is made by the Czech firm Polak, a specialist in scenic scatters.
For railroad modelers and diorama builders who want a realistic stone surface. Scatter the material, spread it with a brush and fix it with thinned PVA (white) glue with a drop of detergent, dripped on with a pipette; once it has dried, sweep the excess off.
