Responsibility details are not available.
The StuG IV was a German assault gun of the last two years of the Second World War. It came into being by combining the proven fighting superstructure of the StuG III assault gun with the chassis of the Panzer IV medium tank; it was resorted to at the end of 1943, when bombing limited the production of the original type while demand for assault guns was growing. The vehicle carries a 7.5 cm gun with a barrel 48 calibers long and is recognized externally from its predecessor by the armored driver's box, offset to the left in front of the superstructure.
It relates to a model of the StuG IV in 1:35 scale, that is to the most common size of models of ground equipment. What exactly the package contains and which kit it suits are given in the maker's description and instructions, so go through them before buying. It is precisely in this scale that the choice of figures and scenic accessories is the widest of all, so a finished model can be set into a whole scene without trouble.
On late German ground equipment the surface decides the result. Let the basic shade be brought to life with a lighter tone on the horizontal surfaces, settle the dust from the bottom upwards and put the most wear where the crew walked on the vehicle, that is on the fenders and on the upper armor. Give the running gear extra time: muddy wheels and a correctly sagging track will do more for believability than the most careful work on the superstructure.
Paints, glue and tools are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
