Super Clear Matt

Mr.Paint Super Clear Matt

A matte transparent lacquer from Mr.Paint (MRP) in a 30 ml bottle. It gives an even matte finish that unifies the surface of the model, kills off glossy spots and protects decals and weathering. The varnish is pre-thinned and ready to spray with an airbrush straight from the bottle.

Use

• a final matte coat over the whole model or over selected areas
• spraying with an airbrush in several thin coats, ideally over dry paint
• a recommended pressure of roughly 10 to 25 psi
• sealing and protecting decals, washes and pigments
• thin with lacquer thinner if needed and clean the airbrush with lacquer cleaner

Who it is for

For modelers who want a realistic matte surface on military vehicles, figures or historical subjects. A matte varnish suppresses reflections and brings out the detail and the weathering.

Intended for the airbrush. Flammable, the vapors are harmful: use in a well-ventilated area, with a respirator and gloves, away from open flame and out of the reach of children.
