A plastic kit representing the character Son Goku in the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan form, that is in the transformation with blue hair. It is not a finished collector's figure: in the box you will find injection-molded sprues with color-separated parts and instructions, and you assemble the model yourself. Among figure kits a larger format usually goes with a richer breakdown of parts.
Son Goku is the central character of the Japanese series Dragon Ball. The transformation named shows itself in the story in the blue color of the hair and the aura and belongs to its later forms. The model captures the character in an action pose; the height of the finished model, the number of parts and the list of interchangeable parts are given on the original packaging. The number in brackets after the name is an internal designation.
With figure kits the cleanliness of the seams decides the result above all. Nip the parts off with an allowance, level the remainder of the gate with a knife and fine paper, and on a smooth area such as a face or a torso run thin cement into the seam and sand it down - with flesh tones every visible parting line is distracting. Hair looks best with a gloss or semi-gloss coat, while clothing and skin will take semi-gloss to matte; a difference in sheen does more on a figure than repainting. Apply any stickers for the eyes onto a degreased surface and press them down with a cotton bud, otherwise the corners will lift. Finally fix the model with varnish, above all if you will be handling it.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
