TINT INC. ISSUE 01

Tint Inc. Issue 01 — a modeling publication from AK Interactive

This is a printed publication, not a model and not a kit. The title comes out as the first issue of the Tint Inc. series from AK Interactive and further issues follow it, so the collection can be built up gradually. The extent, the language of the edition and the page count are given in the imprint and on the cover of the publication.

What to expect from the publication

• A modeling publication issued in numbered parts; this one is number one
• The publisher is AK Interactive, a brand known for modeling literature and paints
• The series continues with further issues
• The specific make-up of the contents and the topics covered are given in the table of contents

Why modeling literature is worth having

Publications of this kind tend to be more useful to a modeler than the instruction sheet in a kit. They show the procedure step by step, compare variants and offer picture material that can serve as a starting point when choosing shades and the degree of wear. Numbered series also make sense as a collection — individual issues usually do not overlap and gradually cover different topics.

Who the publication is for

For modelers who want to move forward in painting and finishing techniques, and for collectors of modeling literature who like to keep a whole series together. As a gift for a modeler it is a safe choice — unlike a kit, you cannot miss the subject of the collection.
