The Ultraman Suit is a combat suit from the modern-day conception of the Ultraman world, in which the hero does not appear as a giant from another planet but as a human in a technical suit. The individual versions of the suit differ from one another in the shape of the torso, the limbs and the armament. The designation Ver 7.5 belongs to one of these versions, and the qualifier Front Assault Type to its configuration for deployment in the front line. The subject is therefore substantially more technical than the classic appearance of the hero: it has segmented armored areas, prominent joints and a more angular outline.
This is a plastic kit of a figure of the combat suit. The order of assembly, the way the joints are put together and any accessories are governed by the instructions enclosed by the manufacturer, because the makeup of figure kits differs from piece to piece.
Before painting, wash the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent and let them dry completely, so that the paint holds. Paint the movable joints sparingly: a thick coat increases the diameter of the pin and the joint then binds or cracks. On the segmented areas of the suit several thin coats instead of one thick one prove their worth, and a darker glaze then brings the segmentation up and lends the surface depth. Apply the enclosed stickers or decals only onto a perfectly dry and degreased surface.
The set is for collectors of science fiction figures and for builders who want to have a character from this world in a display case. Paints, glue and a display base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
