AMMO of Mig Jimenez OILBRUSHER Weed Green is an oil-based modeling paint, 10 ml, with a brush built into the cap. A weed green for algae, damp vegetation grime and mossy tones — a weathering paint, not a kit.

Weed Green is a modeling paint — chemistry, not a kit. It belongs to the OILBRUSHER range from AMMO of Mig Jimenez: these are oil paints (not acrylic and not enamel) supplied in a 10 ml bottle whose cap has a fine brush built in. You apply the paint straight from the bottle onto the model, with no palette. Excess is wiped off the brush as you lift it out, so exactly the right amount stays on the tip.
Weed Green is a green with a strongly vegetal, alive character. It is used everywhere a surface should look as if nature is slowly taking it over:
Slow drying is the main advantage: you can spread the effect for a long time, softly blend it into the surroundings, and pull back the excess until it has exactly the intensity you want. It is thinned and blended with odorless thinner or mineral spirits — water does not work. Apply it over a cured, varnished surface so the excess can be cleanly blended without disturbing the paint underneath. For convincing algae, build up layers: first a thin, blended veil, then richer accents where a deposit would really hold.
For ship and diorama builders, modelers of military equipment in green camouflage, and anyone who wants to convincingly place a model in a damp, overgrown setting.
Safety: contains solvents and is flammable. Work in a well-ventilated area, away from open flames and sparks. Do not inhale fumes, protect your airways and skin (gloves), avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.
