A kit of the French Renault AMR 35 light tracked vehicle in the ZT3 variant, in 1:100. In this line Zebranomodel covers the individual forms of the same chassis separately, so a whole group of vehicles can be put together; the ZT1b, ZT2 and ZT4 variants are made as well. The AMR 35 was a light French tracked vehicle from the second half of the 1930s, designed for reconnaissance and for escorting cavalry units. The chassis proved a suitable basis for several different superstructures, which differed in the layout of the fighting compartment and in armament. Vehicles of this family were used in 1940.
Cut the small parts off the sprue with a margin and clean them up away from the sprue, otherwise they fly off easily. Dry-fit the joints and apply the glue in a minimal amount. Paint the underside and the running gear before closing the hull up. For painting use a thin primer, heavily thinned paint and low pressure, so that the fine detail stays legible. Camouflage fields with a crisp outline are easy to draw in this scale with a fine brush. Keep the weathering discreet: a thin wash and light edge highlighting.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
