Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure of a modern Israeli female soldier in 1:16 scale, that is in the size where the sculpting of the face and the texture of the cloth really come out. The package consists of unpainted castings: the figure divided into torso, head and limbs, the weapons and a base with a section of street scenery. Two variants of the hand weapon are included, an assault rifle in a bullpup layout and a shorter carbine, together with several variants of the left arm, so the pose and the armament are chosen at the build stage. The master was created by digital sculpting and printing, and the result is crisp transitions on the equipment and a clean surface with no mold seams. It is made by the Korean company DEF Model.
The uniform and the equipment match the modern Israeli ground forces: a field jacket with the sleeves rolled up, a tactical vest with magazine pouches, a belt and light footwear for a warm climate. The pose is relaxed, a patrol pose rather than a combat one, which suits the figure to a quiet street scene rather than to an action scene. The base with a section of paving and a curb makes it possible to display the figure on its own, without building a whole diorama.
Wash the parts in warm soapy water and rid them of the mold release residue. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw, wet-sand the seating surfaces and protect your airways. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), and fine gaps are filled with modeling putty. In a large scale it pays to paint with oils or acrylics in several layers: a primer as the base, then the basic tone of the flesh and the cloth, shading in the folds and highlights on the edges. Paint the eyes as early as possible, while the head is still separate in your hand. At the end, dust the uniform with a fine pigment from the boots upwards.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
