This injection-molded Hasegawa plastic kit in 1:200 scale represents the twin-engine wide-body Boeing 767-300ER airliner in the livery of the Japanese carrier Japan Airlines (JAL). The model is built from plastic parts and is meant to be glued and painted; the box holds decals for that carrier's livery.
The Boeing 767 is a twin-engine wide-body aircraft for medium and long routes. The stretched, long-range 767-300ER was a mainstay of a number of airline fleets, and in Japan Airlines colors it flew both domestic and international services.
The large smooth surfaces of the fuselage and wings call for careful sanding of the seams and a gloss base, on which the decals carrying the livery lines will sit well. Leave the wheels and landing gear until last. An airbrush and fine flat or semi-gloss clear coats are worth it for a clean airliner look. The livery corresponds to Japan Airlines.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
