Bismarck - secondary and heavy AA armament, barrels 1:200 is a turned metal set with barrels of 15 cm caliber (12 pieces) and 10.5 cm caliber (16 pieces) for building a model of the German battleship.
Responsibility details are not available.
An accurate detail set in turned metal for a large model of the German battleship Bismarck in 1:200 scale. It is not a ship model but replacement barrels: the secondary artillery of 15 cm caliber, 12 pieces, and the heavy anti-aircraft guns of 10.5 cm caliber, 16 pieces. The metal barrels have a sharp muzzle and the correct geometry, which plastic parts usually do not reach.
Bismarck was the flagship battleship of the Kriegsmarine, completed in 1940. The secondary 15 cm battery served against light surface targets, while the 10.5 cm guns made up the heavy anti-aircraft defense. The ship made her name by sinking the battlecruiser HMS Hood and by her own sinking in May 1941.
Separate the barrels from the gate, clean them up and seat them in the cleaned-out holes of the turrets and mountings. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Use a base coat (primer) on the metal, then the final shade according to the scheme of the ship.
This is an add-on detail set, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
