The sheet is a paper accessory with printed warning signs for dioramas. According to the name it is prepared for 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 scale, so you will use it in an automotive as well as a military scene and one purchase covers several dioramas under construction. It is not a kit or a waterslide decal — you get a printed sheet from which you cut the signs out. The theme is an imaginary horror one and serves as a backdrop for an abandoned or closed-off area.
A sheet for more than one scale means you have to watch which group of motifs you take. Before you start cutting, hold a figure from the scale you are building in up to the print and compare the height of the sign with the figure; a warning board tends to be roughly at shoulder to head height. Cut with a sharp knife along a metal rule and start with the smallest motifs — if something goes wrong, a larger piece will still be left on the sheet.
A sign in an abandoned area was not made in a factory. So after trimming feel free to leave the paper with a slightly irregular edge, back it with thin plastic or a piece of wood veneer and nail it to a rough post. Tilting it a few degrees off vertical, a peeled corner and a dark wash drawn off with a cloth will do more than a perfect trim. Finally matte clear coat from a spray at a distance, so that the print does not reflect light.
It is a printed paper accessory for a diorama. Posts, glue, paints and figures are not included in the package.
