The subject is the first-generation luxury van Nissan Elgrand (E50) completed with an aerodynamic body kit from the Fabulous brand. The model matches the 2000 model year and ranks among the popular tuned, so-called VIP styled Japanese cars. The package holds plastic parts for the body, the interior and the running gear, to be assembled and painted.
The Nissan Elgrand E50 was a large luxury van meant for families as well as for representation. In the Japanese tuning scene it became a popular basis for the so-called VIP style, in which a van is lowered and given large wheels and smooth aerodynamic parts. The Fabulous APE50 kit is just such a body conversion, which gives the car a markedly sportier and lower look.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic. First fit the aerodynamic side skirts and bumpers to the body and sand the seams down. Spray the body with an airbrush over a surfacer; for the VIP style a rich gloss clear coat with careful polishing suits well. Fine-tune the wheels, the chrome fittings and the tinted glass with matching paints and foils.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
