An injection-molded plastic kit of the Subaru Legacy B4 sports sedan from the manufacturer Fujimi. It is a curbside model, that is, a body without a detailed engine, with a separate interior, clear parts and decals. A practical extra is the set of masking stickers for the window frames, which make a clean spray job on the glazing easier.
The Legacy B4 was the sporting variant of the popular Subaru sedan, with the characteristic flat-four (boxer) engine and all-wheel drive. The turbocharged versions ranked in their day among the fast and popular family sports cars and drew on the rally heritage of the brand.
First smooth the body and lay down a good primer, then paint it and go over it with a gloss clear coat for a deep shine. Mask the glazing with the enclosed stickers for the window frames. Keep the chrome parts and the wheels separate and fit them at the very end with cyanoacrylate, so that nothing fogs. The decals settle better on a gloss surface.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories beyond the enclosed stickers are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
