A collector resin figure in 1:24 scale from MAiM. It captures a zombie in a dynamic attacking stance and is aimed above all at builders of dioramas with a post-apocalyptic or horror subject. The figure is cast in resin and is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the exact number of parts is not stated here, the package contents are what counts.
The walking corpse is one of the favorite themes of genre figure sculpting. The dynamic pose with outstretched arms makes the figure easy to compose into a scene with fleeing survivors or into a crowd of further characters. It rounds out ruined urban settings and abandoned exteriors well.
First wash the parts in lukewarm water with detergent to remove the residual mold release layer. Bond them with super glue, and clean up any bubbles and seam lines. Apply a primer before painting. Zombie skin works best built up in cool, greenish shades with strong washes in the recesses and a dry brush on the raised areas.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
