This set of decals faithfully imitates the figure of dark wood for models in 1:32 scale. It is a surface accessory, not a kit: with it the wooden areas of a model gain a realistic texture with a deep, warm tone. The grain is drawn in 1:32 scale. The NO GRID designation means that the sheet has no printed dividing grid, so you cut the panels out of a continuous area yourself.
This version has an opaque white base, so it is not transparent: it can be applied even to an unpainted area and the resulting shade of the wood always stays the same, independent of the color beneath the decal. That makes the work easier and guarantees a uniform look across the panels.
Before applying, smooth the area and ideally coat it with gloss varnish so that the decal adheres well. Cut the shape of the panel from the sheet with a small overlap, around 2 mm, settle it as you would any other decal and press it down with a setting and softening solution. Once dry, trim the overhanging edges with a sharp knife and seal the whole with varnish.
This is a modeling accessory (decals), not a kit. Paints, varnish and models are not included in the package.
