Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of wet decals intended for models of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter in the G-6 version in the large 1:32 scale. It is not a kit but a set of markings in its own right with which you replace or supplement the decals supplied in the box. The 1:32 scale puts higher demands on printing than the small scales: the designs are large, so both the crispness of the printing and the thinness of the carrier film show on a finished model.
The Bf 109 G-6 is one of the most widespread versions of the German single-engine fighter of the Second World War. It was powered by an inverted V12 engine and against the earlier versions it is recognized by the bulged covers over the machine gun breeches on the upper cowling. It was built in large numbers and in a range of subvariants, which differed in armament, in the shape of the canopy and in supplementary equipment. The type is offered in 1:32 scale by several kit manufacturers.
Varnish the areas under the decals with gloss clear coat so that the film does not silver. Large designs are best laid on plenty of water, so that they can still be slid, and the surplus then soaked up gently with a cloth from the center outwards. On engraved lines and riveting use a softener, which pulls the film onto the surface; on large decals it also helps to prick the bubbles lightly with the tip of a scalpel. Once everything has dried perfectly, varnish the model with one even matte or semi-matte coat so that the edges of the decals disappear.
This is a decal sheet in its own right, not a kit. The model, paints, varnishes and softener are not included in the package.
