The A-26 Invader was a twin-engine attack aircraft from the end of the Second World War that stayed in service long afterward. The C version had a glazed nose for the crew member directing the bomb release, unlike the solid nose of the B version. That is exactly why detail in this place pays off.
A glazed nose changes the rules: everything you build in there will be visible on the finished model, even once the fuselage is closed. So paint and weather the whole interior while you can still reach it from every side, and only then close the assembly up. During the dry fit, light the nose from behind with a flashlight — it will show which surfaces will really be on view and where detail gets lost. Protect the inner faces of the glazing from overspray and fingerprints; polishing the clear parts once they are installed is no longer possible.
