A decal sheet in 1:32 scale on the subject of Eastern Front fighters. It is precisely the markings that decide how a model finally reads: the same kit looks different every time depending on what goes onto it. Which particular machines and which markings the sheet offers are given in the instructions enclosed by the manufacturer.
A decal holds and stays unobtrusive only on a smooth glossy base. So spray the painted model with gloss clear first and let it cure thoroughly. On a flat and rough finish air is trapped under the film and a light rim appears around the printing, which modelers call silvering. Cut the individual motifs out with a sharp blade or pointed scissors close to the printing, so that no needless area of clear carrier is left on the model.
The exact application procedure is given in the manufacturer's instructions; keep to it. Settle the motif with tweezers, align it to the engraved lines and then press it down carefully with a soft cloth, so that no air is left under it. Once it has dried, spray the whole model with a clear coat in the degree of gloss the final finish is to have. The clear sinks the printing into the surface, levels its edges with the surroundings and protects it from rubbing during further handling.
The kit, paints, clear coat and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
