A resin accessory from the Quickboost (Aires) brand in 1:32 scale with barrels for the on-board armament of the Heinkel He 162 jet aircraft. It is not an airplane model but a replacement set that takes the place of the plastic barrels with more precisely cast parts with a more faithful section and suggested mouths.
The Heinkel He 162 was a German light jet fighter from the very end of the Second World War, designed as a simple type that could be built quickly. It had its engine placed on the spine of the fuselage and the barrels of its guns in the nose. Finely cast barrels with hollow mouths look more faithful on a model than injection-molded plastic.
Separate the parts from the casting block, clean them up and glue them with super glue. Because of their slender shape, handle the barrels carefully and use tweezers.
The model of the airplane itself is not included in the package. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and the base kit are not included.
