A decal set from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models in 1:32 scale. It is an accessory, not a kit: the sheet brings the national insignia that the Hungarian Air Force used in the years 1990 to 1998, together with fuselage numbers for putting together the markings of a particular machine.
After 1990 the markings of Hungarian military aircraft went through a change, and the form of the insignia of the 1990s differs markedly from the earlier era. Anyone who wants to build a Hungarian machine from this transitional period will usually not find the right insignia in kits, and a universal sheet fills exactly that gap. In 1:32 scale these are moreover large, clearly visible motifs, on which good printing really does show.
The base has to be glossy and perfectly cured, otherwise silvering is a risk. Once the motif has been soaked in lukewarm water, move it onto the model with a soft brush, squeeze the excess water out from the center toward the edges and let the decal bed over the riveting with a decal softener. A final layer of clear protects the decals during further weathering.
This is a decal accessory: the airplane model itself is not included in the package.
