A resin airfield hand truck for oxygen and nitrogen gas bottles, the type II version, in 1:32 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but a diorama accessory for the filling and servicing stations of the ground crew. On a scene it rounds out the technical facilities around parked equipment.
Hand trucks with gas bottles served to distribute oxygen and nitrogen when servicing aircraft, for example to fill tires with nitrogen or to top up onboard systems. In a diorama they represent a typical element of a working airfield and complement a scene with mechanics and equipment well.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up with respiratory protection. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). After the primer, apply the colors of the bottles and the frame; round out the working look with rubs, rust and traces of handling using washes and pigments.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as resin castings. Glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
