Aerobonus 1:32 Soviet fighter pilot with an ejection seat is a resin figure of a jet fighter pilot with an ejection seat for 1:32 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin figure of a Soviet fighter pilot complemented by an ejection seat, in 1:32 scale. The set from Aerobonus is intended to be fitted into the cockpit of the MiG-21 and MiG-23 jet fighters and brings an otherwise empty cockpit to life. The pilot wears a period flight suit with a helmet and an oxygen mask, and the seat completes the realistic setting of the cockpit.
Soviet fighter pilots of the Cold War flew in full flight suits with high-altitude features, anti-g gear and a helmet with an oxygen mask. The ejection seat was a key part of crew survival, and its shape is characteristic of the particular type of fighter.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut off the casting blocks carefully and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Matte acrylics suit the painting, and light shading and a dry brush on the edges of the gear will give it depth.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin figure. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
