Photo-etched US bomb racks in 1:32 scale are an accessory to a kit you have already bought, not an airplane model. They replace coarse plastic racks under the wing and fuselage with thin metal parts.

A photo-etched set from the Czech maker Brengun for models of American aircraft in the large 1:32 scale. It is not a kit and it does not hold the ordnance itself either: these are the parts of bomb racks, that is the load-bearing elements with which bombs are attached under the wing or the fuselage of an airplane.
A bomb rack is by its nature a structure of thin straps and stirrups between which one can see through. An injection mold cannot manage that: a plastic part tends to be solid and thick and the gaps are only suggested by engraving. In the large 1:32 scale a model is big enough that everyone looks at this part of the stores from close up. A photo-etched part has a thickness matching real sheet metal and the gaps are real, so the stores stop looking like a solid block. The set makes sense above all when you are building a model with ordnance carried and want the connection between bomb and wing to stand up even in a close-up photograph.
Cut the parts out of the fret on a hard surface and never break them out. Make the bends along the marked score lines, and it pays to check the accuracy with a square, as an asymmetrical rack shows on a model more than a missing detail. It is good to assemble the unit dry first, or only to tack it, to offer the model up and only then to finish gluing the joints. Degrease the sheet before painting and spray on a primer, or the paint will be rubbed off during handling. Choose the color according to the underside of the wing and suggest small scuffs on the edges with a dry brush in a metal shade. Obtain the ordnance itself separately, as it is not in this set.
The accessory is supplied unpainted, without a kit and without bombs. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
