This is a resin figure, an accessory for an aircraft model and not an aircraft kit. The package contains a seated US Navy pilot in the equipment for the A-4 Skyhawk jet attack aircraft, together with an ejection seat. The figure is meant for the cockpit of a model in 1:32 scale.
The sharply cast figure depicts a pilot in a flight suit, helmet and life vest in a seated pose matching the way he settles into the cockpit. The seat completes the equipment of the cockpit and together they bring an otherwise empty model interior to life.
First wash the resin parts free of mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Lay down an acrylic primer; paint the suit and the vest with acrylics and shade the face with oils or glazes for a natural look.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
