The USAF missile maintenance stands with V-shelves in 1:32 scale are a resin accessory of airfield ground support equipment for dioramas. It is not a model but equipment for a scene.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin accessory represents USAF servicing stands for missile maintenance, fitted with so-called V-shelves, in 1:32 scale. It belongs to airfield ground support equipment and serves to bring dioramas around aircraft models to life. It is not a model of an aircraft but an accessory for the setting.
Missiles and guided weapons are laid in shaped stands during inspection and assembly. The V-shelves support the rounded body of the missile safely and keep it from rolling off. In a diorama they complete the scene of preparing armament in the workshop or on the apron.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and protect your airways when sanding. Bring out the metal with a metallic paint and suggest wear with a wash and pigments.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin set. Glue, paints and the model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
