The set belongs among the accessories, not among the kits. The masks stick onto the wheel and mark out the border you would otherwise have to line with a brush. The cutouts match the wheels from the 1:35 scale 5t Diana kit by Bronco.
Allow for the extent of the sheet in advance: lay out all the wheels off the sprues, match masks to them dry and only then start painting. If a wheel is left over — typically a spare wheel on the bed, a wheel of a different diameter or a part from an add-on set — you have several routes. The first is to cut a circle yourself: with a compass cutter or a punch, out of masking tape, to the diameter measured off a finished mask. The second is to reverse the order: spray the whole wheel in the rim shade and then paint the tire band with a brush, because a dark band over a lighter base forgives more than the other way round. The third option is to deal with a wheel that is not visible on the finished model (an inner roller, say, or a wheel under a fender) with a quick brush alone. Never start painting, though, before you know what you have a mask for and what you do not — making up a missing piece on an assembly that is already sprayed is always worse.
The base has to be smooth and degreased. Spray in thin coats and take the mask off shortly after the paint has flashed off. Keep the offcuts of the sheet — they serve as a template for measuring the diameter when you deal with the same wheels on another model.
This is a masking accessory, not a kit. Paints, thinner and the target kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
