A photo-etched detail set for figures of the 8th Pennsylvania Cavalry (89th Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers) in 1:35 from Aber. Metal accessories for plastic figures, not figures of its own.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched detail set from Aber in 1:35 scale, intended for superdetailing plastic figures of American Civil War cavalrymen. It is not the figures themselves but a set of fine metal parts, typically buckles, straps, harness fittings, equipment and small accessories, with which you refine the look of a group of figures. The exact content is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
The 8th Pennsylvania Cavalry, the 89th Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, was a Union cavalry unit of the American Civil War. It was raised in Philadelphia in 1861 and served with the Army of the Potomac. The set relates to figures portraying troopers of this unit in action.
Separate the small photo-etched parts with a sharp knife, bend them with tweezers and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the metal before painting and give it a coat of primer. Paint the uniforms and the equipment with a brush, and pick out the small metal details with a drybrush.
This is a standalone photo-etched accessory for experienced modelers. The figures themselves, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
