This is a photo-etched metal diorama accessory in 1:35 scale from the Polish manufacturer Aber. It holds parts for assembling a bench in the type B variant, that is, a different shape pattern from type A. The accessory is meant for building the setting around a model, not as a model in itself.
Two different variants of bench in one scene look more natural than the same piece repeated. Type B suits a park, the front of a house, a station platform or a site you want to make lived in. Photo-etched metal manages the sections of the legs and the backrests at a true thickness.
Separate the parts with a sharp scalpel on a hard surface, and never break them out by twisting. A photo-etch bending tool or two steel rulers will serve for the bends. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); a two-part epoxy holds better on larger joints. Degrease the metal before painting and lay down a base coat meant for metals, and only then acrylics or enamels. You create weathering with a wash in the joints, a drybrush and pigments.
This is a diorama accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and a base board are not included in the package.
