A resin diorama prop in 1:35 scale from MAiM. It is an industrial chemical tank that will give factory, depot and urban scenes an industrial character and scale. It is not a vehicle kit but a structural prop for dioramas and vignettes.
The tank suits industrial grounds, depots, ruins and post-apocalyptic views in 1:35 scale. It will serve as a telling object of a scene, a shelter or an element of the terrain and is a good companion to figures and equipment. The metal surface is a rewarding field for rust and patina.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces down lightly with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting. ideally with an airbrush. The metal tank comes out well with a base color and a wash; rust and scuffed paint can be created with the chipping technique and rust pigments, and streaks and damp staining will give it a worn look.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and figures are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
