Hasegawa Construction Worker Set B in 1:35 scale is a set of figures of construction workers, an ideal way to bring dioramas with construction and agricultural machinery to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
Plastic set of construction worker figures in 1:35 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Hasegawa. It is the second set of workers (set B), which follows on from the first release and adds a human element in the matching scale to Hasegawa's range of civilian working machines, its excavators, rollers, loaders and combine harvesters.
The figures capture present-day workers in typical work clothing with helmets, as you know them from building sites. It is the figures that give equipment scale and a story: a machine with no operator looks empty in a diorama, whereas a couple of well-placed figures bring a scene to life at once. The set is therefore a welcome help to anyone building civilian equipment in 1:35 scale.
Once they are glued together, fill and sand the joints where the molds divide. Paint the figures with acrylics from the light areas toward the dark; work clothing takes bold colors well, with high-visibility vests and colorful helmets. A fine wash in a flesh tone will bring the faces and hands to life, with a flat clear coat at the end. Use the poses to create a small scene around a machine: a consultation over the plans, guiding a reversing vehicle, a break.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
