A resin model of a fluid tank of 600 liters capacity in 1:35 scale from the Czech manufacturer Plusmodel. The smaller sister of the thousand liter tank from the same range is the ideal prop where a large reservoir looks unwieldy, in the yard of a smaller workshop, by a farm building or in the corner of a store.
Its compact dimensions make the tank a universal building block of a scene: stand it by a fence next to drums and jerrycans, place it on a simple wooden platform, or load it on a trailer behind a tractor or a light truck. In combination with the larger 1000 liter tank a graded storage arrangement arises that looks thought out and lively on a diorama. A hose, a funnel and a few puddles under the outlet will complete the story.
Wash the castings in warm soapy water, cut the casting blocks off and glue the joints with cyanoacrylate glue. Choose the colors according to the role: light industrial tones for operating fluids, darker matte shades for field use. Runs around the neck, faded areas and dust at the bottom will create the impression of equipment in everyday use; fine drybrushing will bring the edges and the stiffeners out.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
