SX-Art 1:35 GAZ Tiger M Painting Mask is a spray stencil for the camouflage of an armored vehicle, not a canopy mask. The pattern is sprayed through it with an airbrush.

A self-adhesive stencil with the shapes of the camouflage fields cut out, intended for spraying the pattern onto a model that is already painted. It is not a mask for the vision ports or the glazing but an aid for painting the outside. You lay it on the model, spray a further shade and take it off, so that the pattern comes out symmetrical and identical on both sides, which is very laborious freehand.
With multicolor patterns the order decides. Always start with the lightest shade, which you spray over the whole area, and only then add the darker fields through the stencil. A dark color covers a light one easily, the other way round it does not, and a light field over a dark base has to be sprayed in many coats that fill the engraved detail. Always let the paint dry between the individual shades, otherwise the stencil will tear a soft film as it comes off. When the pattern has hard edges, press the stencil down; when the transition is meant to be softer, hold the edges off with thin tape underneath.
The GAZ Tiger M is a Russian armored off-road vehicle with four-wheel drive, used in the transport and reconnaissance roles. Vehicles of this type appear in single-color as well as multicolor finishes, which is exactly why a set of stencils makes sense with them.
The package contains the stencil only. The paints and the kit are not part of it. The stencil is drawn to the shapes of a particular model, so on another kit check the fit dry.
