A complete detail set for the overall refinement of a model of the German medium tank Pz. Kpfw. III in the Ausf. N version. Sets of this scope hold photo-etched metal parts for the fenders, the brackets and clasps for the tools, the covers and grilles of the engine compartment, the hatch hinges and other small fittings of the hull and the turret. This is an accessory for a plastic kit in 1:35 scale you have already bought, not a model of a vehicle in its own right.
The Pz. Kpfw. III was the basic German medium tank of the first half of the Second World War. The Ausf. N version differs from the others in its armament: in place of an anti-tank gun it received a short 75 mm weapon, originally intended for the Pz. Kpfw. IV support vehicles. Vehicles of this version served above all for direct fire support and for escorting heavy tank units. On the hull they carried a quantity of small fittings and brackets that plastic can never render at a scale thickness.
Work block by block according to the instructions: remove the plastic originals first and level the surfaces. Separate the photo-etched parts with a scalpel on a hard surface, make the bends in a bending tool and hold the small pieces with tweezers. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) onto degreased surfaces. Before painting, spray the whole model with a primer so that the paint holds on plastic and on metal alike. The brackets and the tools stand out after a dark wash and a light dry brush.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. It is a detail accessory for a plastic kit, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
