This supplementary set in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer ELEFANT contains ten German steel helmets together with decals for the matching markings. It is not a model in its own right but a detail accessory intended for improving figures and vehicles in that scale.
The set offers replacement steel helmets in a larger number, which make it possible to vary the look of production figures or to complete a diorama with helmets set down on kit, on vehicles and in the groundwork. The enclosed decals serve to suggest the period markings on the helmet shells.
Clean the parts up carefully and prime them before painting. The helmet shells paint well in matte shades with a fine lightening of the edges; apply the decals onto a smooth, or slightly glossy, base and seal them with matte varnish. Weathering with a wash will bring out the shape and the rivets.
This is a supplementary accessory, not a model in its own right. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
