A figure set in 1:35 scale from the Heroes range, part number 1. An accessory for dioramas and for vehicle models that have no figures.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set belongs to the range marked Heroes, and the number 1 tells it apart from the further parts that the range carries. It is listed in 1:35 scale, the scale in which most models of military vehicles and of structural elements for dioramas are released. Who the figures represent is not specified any further by the name, so it is worth looking at the manufacturer's illustration before you buy.
These are figures to be assembled and painted, supplied on their own. The number of figures, their poses and the extent of the package are given in the instructions and the illustration. The pose is in fact the main thing that decides how a figure can be used: a figure leaning against a vehicle cannot be moved into a different scene, and it is worth taking that into account before you start building it.
Assemble the parts dry first, check the pose and the direction of the gaze, and only then glue them for good. Fill and sand the gaps at the shoulders and the waist, otherwise they will appear once painted. Wash and degrease the surface before painting. It pays to paint from the bottom up, that is, the boots and trousers first and the face and hands last; stray touches of paint then do not have to be corrected. Leave the eyes until the very end and use the finest brush you have on them.
It suits builders of dioramas and collectors of 1:35 figures who want to add a human dimension to a scene. The figures also give the whole scene a sense of scale, so the vehicles read more clearly beside them. The model, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
